Dabo Guan FAcSS is a Distinguished Professor of Climate Change Economics at Department of Earth System Science, Tsinghua University. He is a Senior Member at St Edmund's College, University of Cambridge. He was conferred on the title of Fellow of Academy of Social Sciences, UK in March 2019. He was elected as a Fellow of Royal Geographical Society in 2018. He serves as a Subject Editor of Applied Energy (Impact Factor: 8.426 and 4 million downloads in 2019) and board editor for Nature Sustainability, One Earth and ERL. He is a council member of the Rocefeller Foundation Economic Council on Planetary Health. He served as a Lead Author for the 5th Assessment Report of Working Group III, IPCC.
